For Winter, Spring and Fall season rentals, booking dates are flexible. During Summer season (May - September) bookings are weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of $1000.00 of the total cost of your stay is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. $800.00 damage deposit will also be required with the final payment (see below for further details) The remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Bookings within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full and are non refundable.

Should you cancel up to 30 days before your stay, your damage deposit will be returned. However the $1000.00 deposit is not refundable.

Note : During high season (end of May - to end of August) weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

The cottage must be left clean and tidy. A cleaning fee is in included in your reservation cost and is not negotiable. We complete a thorough clean prior to your arrival to ensure the utmost safety, cleanliness and comfort for your stay.

 A damage deposit of $800.00 will be charged to your credit card or can be sent by e-transfer. The damage deposit will be returned within 48 hours once we have cleaned and inspected the property and contents after your departure.

We have a strict damage policy. Our property and contents are carefully inspected after each rental. Damaged items are removed and the damage deposit is forfeited. 

After the 30 day payment has been received the reservation is final. You will be provided with a copy of the rental terms and conditions to sign and return to us, please review them carefully. Once this has been received the location & access information will be provided.
